Very pleasant experience having chosen jonh as our realtor to sell our house, basically I met him through a flyer that arrived in our mail box and I told my wife when we go to sell the house I want to do it with him.

It was something very fast and very professional, the great experience he obtained from him through the years in real estate, made this process very enjoyable for us. Just one day after listing the property, we had 4 offers and the buyer came out of those. I highly recommend him for his professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market, very diligent and always available to resolve any doubts. "Mr. Lucka is very knowledgable of my area and he replies very quickly to all your correspondence. He has answers no matter what your question is. I sold my home to the second person who viewed it and for more than the asking price. I also had a back up contract and another interested person behind that. I requested no sign be posted and so none were. I lived in my home 45 years and during all that time I always saw information on Mr. Lucka that is why I chose him."
